These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ArcSignals website at arcsignals.trade and the indicator scripts, alerts and related materials made available through it (together, the "Service").

By purchasing a subscription, requesting access, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
ArcSignals supplies technical analysis software. The indicators display information on a chart — such as zones, levels, markers and notifications — calculated from publicly available market data.
The Service is not, and must not be treated as:
We are not registered or licensed as a financial adviser, broker, dealer or investment manager in any jurisdiction, and we hold no formal qualification to provide financial advice. Everything supplied through the Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
We do not execute trades, do not access your exchange or brokerage accounts, do not hold or handle client funds, and have no visibility of your trading account, positions or results.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to you — including those governing trading, digital assets and taxation — is your sole responsibility.
Subject to an active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the indicators for your own personal use.
Access is delivered as invite-only scripts on TradingView and is linked to the single TradingView username you supply at or after checkout. Supplying a correct and current username is your responsibility; we are not liable for access granted to an incorrect username you provided.

We reconcile active subscriptions against granted access from time to time and may revoke access immediately and without refund where we determine, at our sole discretion, that access has been shared, transferred or otherwise used in breach of these Terms.
All materials — scripts, source code, name, logo, design, text and images — remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
Subscriptions are sold and processed through Whop (whop.com), an independent third-party platform. Your purchase is additionally subject to Whop's own terms and policies.
We do not receive, process or store payment card details. Payment data is handled by Whop and its processors.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability or non-infringement.
We do not represent or warrant that:
Any depiction of past behaviour of an indicator — whether on the website, in social media content, in documentation or elsewhere — is illustrative only and is not indicative of future results.
Any historical, back-tested, simulated or hypothetical outcome has inherent limitations. Unlike a record of actual trading, such outcomes do not reflect real execution and were not achieved through actual trades. Because the trades were not executed, results may under- or over-compensate for factors such as liquidity, slippage, spread, funding costs and execution delay. Simulated results are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve outcomes similar to those shown.
The Service depends entirely on third-party platforms, including TradingView, Whop and Telegram. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, performance, policies, pricing, downtime, data accuracy, delivery of alerts, or any change or discontinuation of their services.
Interruption, delay, failure or non-delivery caused by any third-party platform is not a defect in the Service and does not give rise to any refund, credit, compensation or other remedy.
Alerts and notifications may be delayed, duplicated, throttled or not delivered at all. You must not rely on any alert as a sole or primary input to any decision.
We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, update or discontinue any indicator or feature at any time, with or without notice.
You are solely and entirely responsible for:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any:
however arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, loss or expense arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice and without refund, if we determine at our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms — including by sharing access, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, attempting to reverse-engineer the scripts, or using the Service unlawfully.
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Sections 2, 7, 9, 10, 12 and 13 survive termination.
We may amend these Terms at any time. The amended version takes effect when published, with the "Last updated" date revised. Your continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
