ArcSignals is a digital product. Access to the indicators is granted manually on TradingView after purchase — usually within a few hours, and within 24 hours at the latest. Once granted, it cannot be returned, revoked retroactively or "un-delivered".
For this reason we operate a no-refund policy on all completed sales.
This applies to, without limitation:
By completing checkout you confirm that you understand ArcSignals is a final-sale digital product, and that you are not entitled to a refund for a change of mind, unused subscription time, lack of use, dissatisfaction with results, or any reason other than those listed in section 3.
We offer a low-cost short-term access option specifically so that you can evaluate the product before committing to a longer subscription. Documentation is available before purchase, and questions may be sent to support@arcsignals.trade at any time prior to buying.
Please use these options. They exist so that no one buys a subscription they do not want.
The sole circumstance in which a refund will be issued is a duplicate charge — where you were charged twice for the same subscription on the same account due to a processing error or an accidental repeat checkout.
Email support@arcsignals.trade within 7 days of the duplicate charge with the email address used at checkout and both transaction references.
You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that period ends. No partial or pro-rata refund is issued for the remainder of a cancelled period.
Cancel before your renewal date. Once a renewal has been charged, it is non-refundable under section 1.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first is a breach of the Terms of Service. It will result in immediate and permanent revocation of access and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
