This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use arcsignals.trade or subscribe to ArcSignals, why it is collected, and what rights you have.

Payment and billing information is collected and processed by Whop and its payment processors.
We never receive or store payment card numbers or full billing details. We receive only subscription status and the email address associated with the purchase.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact support@arcsignals.trade and it will be deleted.

We share only what is necessary for the Service to function:
We do not sell your personal data, do not rent it, and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where required by law, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses adopted by the relevant provider.
Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Requests: support@arcsignals.trade. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Note that erasing your data ends indicator access, because access is tied to your TradingView username.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This policy may be updated. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date.
